Organization of the Congregational Church: May 1726, Wilton, Fairfield, Connecticut, United States

Nathaniel was one of teh signers of a petition presented to teh General Court for the organization of a parisk in Wilton in May, 1726. When the Congregational Church was organized on 20 June, 1754, Captain Nathaniel Kethum was among the 31 petitionaers. The Seating Committee honored him by assigning him a seat in teh Great Pew.

Nathaniel married Sarah WAKELING, daughter of Deliverance WAKELING and Hannah NASH, on 12 June 1710 in Norwalk, Fairfield, Connecticut, United States. (Sarah WAKELING was born on 1 December 1683.)
